Welcome to Puppeteer playground. In this section, you'll get a high-level understanding of what's going on behind the scenes of your chatbots. You will notice four main action items in the chat above:
Activity Log
Toggling this feature allows you to follow along with the decisions made as Puppeteer processes your information. You may see things as edited prompts, recollected data, API calls and knowledge processing. As the conversation evolves, Puppeteer stores relevant data that may be useful along different features of your app or platform.
Scheduled Events
Puppeteer identifies events with one time or recurring schedules and stores this information in order to prompt the user at convenient times, follow up with reminders or create more complex flows for appointment scheduling.
Collected Data
In a similar manner to Scheduled Events, your Puppeteer will store data based on the configurations you've set up to help you better understand and interact with your users. Your bot will make better decisions based on this data but it is also useful for providers and patients to have actionable data to work with.
Actions
Within the Activity Log you may trigger actions such as System Messages or JSON inputs to further explore how we manage this type of functionality behind the scenes.
