We introduced voice capabilities to our AI agents, enabling patients to engage naturally for tasks like scheduling, intakes, and follow-ups. This feature enhances both accessibility and the patient experience.

August was a month of growth and alignment. We welcomed Peter to the Puppeteer team, strengthening our expertise, and onboarded two new clients, expanding our reach. The entire team also gathered for a strategic seminar, setting the course for Puppeteer’s next phase of innovation and growth.

Puppeteer started as a company. Our name comes from our product’s capability of overwatching chatbot conversations pulling the right strings to safely guide and control patient conversations, based on the script planned.

A joint project between Federico Ruiz and Light-it’s team emerged, AI-focused in the healthcare industry. With both expert parties in the loop, the first AI Assistant was developed.
