About the client
Sleep Apnea Leads builds sleep apnea brands, websites, and complete marketing solutions that help dentists become their local sleep authority to attract patients, get chosen by healthcare providers, and increase revenue. Their clients are sleep apnea clinics looking to grow.
The problem
Sleep Apnea Leads was looking to automate and optimise the process of reaching out to their clinics’ dead leads to get them back on track with their treatment.
Having a human perform this process is costly and inefficient - especially for the large number of clinics, and exponentially larger number of patients, they handle.
The solution
Through Puppeteer’s platform, an agent was configured to reach out to each patient via SMS.
The agent asks how they’ve been handling their sleep apnea and tries to convince them to get back on track with their treatment by scheduling a new appointment through the clinic’s website.
If the patient agrees that resuming treatment sounds like a good idea, the agent goes on to ask for information related to their past treatment and insurance, which is necessary for the clinic to define next steps and cost information.
During this process, the agent has access to all necessary information of both each clinic (such as insurance policies, costs, available treatments, and contact information) and each patient (such as past appointments, test results, and contact information) - on top of being knowledgeable in all things sleep apnea.
If successful - i.e., if the patient agrees to schedule a new appointment - the agent notifies the clinic about this new lead via email, attaching all collected information and the full conversation log with the patient.

So far, Puppeteer has enabled Sleep Apnea Leads to recover 10% of their leads!
Specifically, 5 out of 50 patients reached out to in the very first test batch re-engaged by submitting their information and scheduling a new appointment with their clinic.
