Based on the score, the agent classifies the severity: - 0-4: Minimal - 5-9: Mild - 10-14: Moderate - 15-19: Moderately Severe - 20-27: Severe

3️⃣ Treatment Based on Severity

The agent provides tailored recommendations: - Minimal (0-4): No active treatment needed, reassess later. - Mild (5-9): Watchful waiting and self-help strategies; follow up in 1-2 weeks. - Moderate (10-14): Recommend psychotherapy, consider medication; follow up in 2-4 weeks. - Moderately Severe (15-19): Start medication, recommend therapy, monitor in 2 weeks. - Severe (20-27): Start medication immediately, urgent therapy referral, close monitoring for suicidal ideation.

4️⃣ Treatment Initiation

Once treatment is decided, the agent helps with: - Medication selection (e.g., SSRIs or SNRIs), considering the patient’s history and possible side effects. - Patient education on medication adherence and expected improvements within 4-6 weeks.

The agent manages follow-ups: - 1-2 weeks post-initiation: The agent checks medication adherence, side effects, and symptom changes. - Ongoing: Every 2-4 weeks for the first 8 weeks, the agent monitors treatment progress and makes adjustments if necessary.
