Patient Metrics

What's the Patient Dashboard?

The Patient Dashboard offers a detailed, fully customizable interface for accessing critical patient information. This centralized view supports informed clinical decision-making by providing actionable insights into each patient's health, engagement, and progress through care protocols.

This is one example that shows how it looks for a particular provider:

Accessing Patient Metrics

Patient metrics are seamlessly accessible through the Chat History. From a specific conversation thread, providers can navigate directly to the Patient Dashboard, as we have seen in the chat history.

Customizable Data Presentation

The dashboard is highly adaptable, offering a wide array of metrics tailored to the needs of your organization. Available data includes:

  • Vital Signs: Key health indicators such as blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation (SpO₂), and temperature.

  • Activity Monitoring: Metrics like steps taken, BMI, and weight for tracking patient fitness and mobility.

  • Symptom Reporting: Detailed logs of new or persistent symptoms and flagged health concerns.

  • Medication Adherence: Monitoring of treatment compliance, identifying missed doses or potential adherence challenges.

  • Protocol Progress Tracking: Status updates on completed, ongoing, and pending steps within a patient’s care plan.

This flexibility ensures the dashboard provides meaningful, relevant information for each unique clinical scenario.

Data Sources and Integration

  1. AI-Driven Conversations
Critical insights are extracted during patient interactions with the AI, including symptom updates, adherence to treatments, and lifestyle factors. This real-time data collection minimizes the need for manual intervention.

  2. Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Seamless integration with EHR systems ensures synchronization of patient demographics, medical history, and treatment plans, maintaining consistency and accuracy across care workflows.

  3. Connected Medical Devices
Wearable and home-monitoring devices provide real-time data on vital signs, glucose levels, physical activity, and other health metrics. This ensures the most current and reliable information is available for decision-making.
